Return & Exchange Policy

 RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY


Your satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 14 days for a refund or exchange in the form of original payment. Some product exceptions apply. The original receipt must be presented.


  • Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit in the form of a JEDIDIAH Gift Card.

  • In store purchases can only be returned in store- they can not be shipped back for a return or exchange.

  • Online orders should include the completed return form and return the package via insured ground service.

  • The item returned or exchanged must be in its original product packaging in salable condition and mailed in an appropriate size shipping box.

  • Please inspect your order upon purchase. If your merchandise appears damaged, please contact Jedidiah Gallery ( 484-322-2944) immediately.

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

  • Items must be returned or exchanged in good condition - unused and unwashed.

  • Earrings are sensitive personal wears and are non-refundable. If there are quality issues, they can be exchanged considering the situation. Other jewelry collection could only be exchanged only if there are quality issues, non-refundable.

  • Artworks (original painting, edition prints, ceramics, sculptures) are non-refundable.

  • Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
